1. What have you found most challenging as an Educational Leader?

Being able to personally stimulate the growth factor in each and every team member.

2. How did you become an Educational Leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I have a history of engaging in leadership roles since elementary school. I was the first Junior School Captain of my school. Coming to college, I was able to express my skills of public speaking, communication and management to the right set of people, and I received opportunities to lead the college clubs and communities. Starting from there, I am now a mentor for budding entrepreneurs, an innovation evangelist and leading multiple roles in various organizations.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I have a set routine of waking up at 5:30 AM following my 1 hour of exercise. Then, I indulge in work till they finish. I end the day with another 1-hour workout and then sleep.

4. What's a recent lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of as an Educational Leader?

The importance of entertaining change in your team.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your journey as an Educational Leader so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted you?

Atomic Habits. It is a practical book and has taught me the lesson of 'consistency'.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young educator who aspires to be an Educational Leader, what would you say to them?

Be humble and value harsh opinions and criticism.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as an Educational Leader, so far?

From learning stuff from my seniors to imparting stuff to my juniors, the cycle feels complete. It is a story for a long haul.
