1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

Managing Firstly challenges are the food of champion. As a business person you will surely face challenges on your business you have to use a burning desire to overcome it.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Once upon a time, there was a small record label called Connect Music Worldwide. It started off as a humble venture, with a group of passionate music lovers who wanted to make a difference in the industry. Despite facing numerous challenges and obstacles, they persevered and worked tirelessly to establish themselves as a leader in the music world.

Connect Music Worldwide understood the importance of nurturing and promoting talented artists. They believed that music had the power to connect people from all walks of life and wanted to create a platform where these artists could shine. They scoured the globe, searching for hidden gems and undiscovered talents, giving them a chance to showcase their skills to the world.

One of the key factors that led to Connect Music Worldwide's success was their innovative approach to marketing and promotion. They understood that in the digital age, traditional methods of promoting music were no longer enough. They embraced social media platforms, streaming services, and online marketing strategies to reach a wider audience. 3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I had sleepless night to build up my organization but no sleepless night anymore Because successful life is very expensive and it will cost you one thing to become a champion that is price payment, is either you pay the price now and play later or play now and play the price later and you are to remember if you want to pay the price later you gonna pay it with beautiful interest, grey hair and regret. So pay the price for the prize you want

Neolife.

It really make a wave in my life.
