1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

For me, the challenge is the art of controlling myself to understand the team's condition.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

My career journey to become a leader is not a short process, but a long process that lasts for years. Although I'm 24 years old now, I've been through a painful and unsuccessful process since I was 15 years old. Basically, becoming a leader can happen because of an initiative to solve a big problem that can only be known by prospective leaders.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I categorize my daily activities into 4, namely spiritual worship (10%), productive work (35%), time with family (25%), and time to do hobbies-rest (30%). Every week I recap the past week's activities to evaluate and plan the next week's activities. I do this weekly because each week's activities are almost 50% dynamic (conditional) depending on conditions and time priorities.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

Being a leader is knowing how to differentiate a leader from a boss.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

The book 'Syamail Muhammadiyah' by Imam al-Tirmidzi is highly suitable for learning to be a good leader because it provides a detailed insight into the physical attributes and character of Prophet Muhammad. Not only does the book offer a comprehensive view of a leader's external and internal qualities, but it also emphasizes essential moral values and ethics. By drawing inspiration from the reflected leadership of the Prophet, readers can learn about wisdom, justice, perseverance, and empathy—qualities that define an inspiring and responsible leader in achieving genuine success for their community.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Do not hesitate to argue or even debate if you are sure of your views. Be afraid of missing opportunities rather than being afraid of failing and being wrong.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

The feeling of pleasure and happiness that is felt until the feeling of the soul is also happy, the feeling occurs when the team that we lead privately asks for help for the financial shortcomings they are facing and I can help him. as well as a feeling that is so happy when the team is open to discuss casually related to work, business, and non-business that results in chemistry between us.
