1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

The most challenging thing for me is the initial step in the development of an organization. When we are trying to develop our own organization based on our ideas and concepts, it’s the first brick to took and start the buildings. Lack of resources, time, financial crisis, management, and audience attraction methods, etc. are questions that come in our mind before the startup.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

In fact, I am not a leader but I want to become an educationalist and make the people educated. It’s my thrust to communicate with people, understand them and trying to solve their problems with the best possible solution. How this idea come in my mind. Being a young research scholar once I entered into the research career I found the lack of time management, depression, anxiety, and tiredness in almost every student.

I met with one student which is so depressed and cried every time about her grade and career. To overcome the situation I develop three rules (I called them Three Golden Rules, 3GRs), that can help to reduce the stress and anxiety in the people. These rule include no comparison with other (comparison can kill our creativity), work hard (smart work concept is wrongly used by the people), and faith (that everything is already written and how much we get is our fate).

When I followed these rules by myself and convey to other we found it very beneficial. We found a plenty of time for other activities, create new ideas, and touched the other side which people normally ignored.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Being a Muslim, I wake up early in the morning for Fajar prayer which make me very fresh and remove all the tiredness. I do exercise for a short time. Then I check all massages on WhatsApp, Emails, etc. and answers accordingly.

When I enter into my laboratory I start my experimental work as I set everything from previous day so by doing this I save my time. I perform the experimental work till noon and leave the lab for prayer and lunch. After lunch I comeback and again busy in my work which span till late noon.

At late noon time I offer the Assar prayer which make me very relax as the whole day burden is released. Then use social media and take a cup of tea. This is my free time till evening which end with the evening prayer. After this I do my writing jobs what I done at day time or any other assignment till dinner.

I go for dinner between 8:00 to 9:00 pm and offer the Isha prayer and again busy in my writing till my further capacity. Then go to bed and continue this process again. The best thing which make me relax and give satisfaction as i divvied my 24 hours into 5 parts based on 5 mandatory prayers. Following this schedule can save my time effectively.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

The recent lesson which I learned as to break the ice and take the initiatives. Time management is the best things to complete the daily tasks. Trust on your skills and confidence on the decision make the difference a lot.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

I am research scholar and mostly studied the articles related to my subjects. I started a book entitled the power of subconscious mind, which changed me and my perspectives.of trust and cooperation, and ultimately creating a more resilient and successful team.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Consistency in your work, time management and confidence on your decision are the key of successful life.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

Being a younger I have no such experience but every times I found no time management and lack of consistency in our younger. They required the results of everything very fast, although they take time
