1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?


People Management- willingness issues.

Ignorance to process resolutions.


2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?


Had strong people management skills. Having OCD, developed an urge for excellence.


With both traits combined had a balanced reasonable logical outlook toward things, which helped in people & process management & development.


3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?


Over-stretched..... not a good example. 6 hours sleep. Inconsistent workouts. Workaholic 12-14 hrs. Limited family time :(


4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?


Look for solutions. If there none- learn to live with it. If there is a solution, work on it!


5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?


4 Principles of Execution. Executing critical strategy in a VUKA world. Helped to have a stronger focused approach.


6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?


Work on People- influence them to work towards excellence, always!


7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?


Several.... Iconic: Nelson Mandela; Personal: My Father!
