To then join in collaboration with his Campaign, "The Claudes SEN Law." Which was created back in 2015. Aquayemi-Claude then relaunched, "Garnetts Clothing Brand & Range and The Claudes SEN Law Campaign," in 2020. Which had it's first live debut on national media. To then late gain International media interest in 2023.
Since then Aquayemi-Claude has continued the Campaign while gaining healthy increases upscaling growth for campaign and nonprofit brand. 1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
The Systematic Changes, of World Leaders. Who believe the outlook which they have for their citizens. Is the best solution to the range of issues which Citizens are facing. Which is not always the case in many personal circumstances.
The art of Human discussion while being authentic with the approach of Leadership is key for any role which involves of individuals lives and circumstances in one individuals hands.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I became a leader with the personal circumstances which I've faced. One day I decided that the neglect and challenges. Which Citizens and my community have been facing need to be addressed with the powerful simple tool of Campaigning and Active Activism.
In my personal circumstances, I could not face anymore misjudgment, neglect and injustice. Towards to the Neurodiversity, Individuals with Hidden & Visable Disabilities and the LGBTQIA communities. Investment and accountability is well over due to be exucted and delivered with action.
The healing process has been put on hold for millions of Citizens livelihoods. #LetsChangeTheNarrative I believe we all have #signatureuniqueness which is required to be respected and given equal opportunities without judgement. 'Be You Be Who You Are, with no Judgement.' It's time for Systematic Change with a wave of investment for the Creative Arts, sports and Domestic Affairs.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
To be honest I've do not have a structure. My schedule is not have been structured. In result of being denied and neglected an Quality Education since 2017. Which this September would be seven years of lost Lost Special Educational Needs delivery in Quality Education in result of Systematic Challenges, with the misconduct of a unlawful local authority.
Who were barred from my previous Tribunal hearing in result to short falling to follow Duty of Candor and the SEND Education Golden Thread. While being neglected years of support from my Disability, "Independence Payment Living Allowance," which was known DLA Disability Living Allowance.
While be discriminated with my driving licence in result to not having my UK Blue Badge. The British Constitution System has short fall Myself and millions of Black communities unfortunately. This is where my Campaign comes into Change the Narrative for Equity within society.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
To always ask the different questions to your inner self. To enable the Masterclass element to self discover your Business Social impact goals.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
I would have to say the book which has profound impact on me is: "The Truth Behind." Books.

I also believe that the book show elements of where Leaders and individuals could hold themselves more accountable in life in a whole element. To be honest with positive social impact on the world.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
To not let anyone tell you different of being able to discover your inner signature uniqueness. With amount of gratitude too having Human touch of gratefulness.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
The moment that individuals took the moment to listen in the ability to spotlight our mission and soical impact.
I'm massively grateful to all the individuals and communities who have along the journey of, "GCBR and TCSL Campaign." While we continue the social impact call for Equity and reform in British SEND Education, Work Environment and Society.
