Yinka Adesanya, an empowerment strategist, a life coach, a business consultant, and Lead Pastor, THC Lagos. In 2017, He founded The Harvestworld Church - THC, a fast-growing apostolic ministry designed for young urban dwellers located in Lagos, Nigeria.
Presently, leading the strategic team of The Harvestworld Church. He worked at the 35,000-member Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos, Nigeria, as an Associate Pastor.
He recently founded THC Prestige International, a modern event consulting firm.
He has a God given mandate to raise people of influence who will impact the world for God’s kingdom. He speaks consistently at seminars, conferences, and workshops both locally and internationally. He has extensive knowledge of human capacity development and Church health in the 21st century.
He is an Advisor to organizations and corporations, including churches and ministries. He also mentors leading Achievers and Innovators. He is on board of many Non-Governmental Organizations.
He is the presenter and producer of THC Radio Broadcast, a 15-minute radio program targeted at the Urban population in major cities of South West Nigeria. He is poised to impact this generation through the authority of God for a lifetime of influence and significance. Yinka Adesanya is an alumnus of Daystar Leadership Academy, Fate Business School, and the Prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan-African University). He is married to Adenike Adesanya with 3 children, all of whom are impacting their areas of influence.

1. As a leader, how do you build trust with employees, customers and other stakeholders?
Through honesty and being real at all times. Keeping our shared values and being a leader that can be relied upon to keep to his word, whether the employees are around or not
2. What do 'VISION' and 'MISSION' mean to you? And what does it actually look like to use them in real-world business?
Vision is the reason why the organisation exists, and mission is the route through which the vision will be accomplished
3. How can a leader empower the people they're leading?
By building their capacity and continually delegating responsibilities to them until they are capable of undertaking whatever assignment is assigned to them, and be like the leaders
4. Who are some of the coaches or mentors in your life who have had a positive influence on your leadership? Can you please tell a meaningful story about one of them?

5. Leadership is often more about what you DON'T do. How do you maintain focus in your role?
I avoid distraction and procrastination. Stay tuned to our corporate strategies with continuous innovation and creativity
6. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Everyone plans differently. How do you plan for the week, month and years ahead in your role?
For the week, I use my daily schedule.
For the month, my calendar comes in handy, while for years I have a long-term plan, like 5-year and 10-year plans
7. What advice would you give to a young leader who is struggling to delegate effectively?
You multiply your efforts when you delegate, while you diminish the capacity of the team to accomplish more when you refuse and do not delegate.
