1. As a leader, how do you build trust with employees, customers and other stakeholders?
Putting empathy at the center. Leading with a purpose, ready to capture early demand and changes while taking care of employees and customers.
2. What do 'VISION' and 'MISSION' mean to you? And what does it actually look like to use them in real-world business?
Both are part of the strategy. In a time when people are insecure, facing economic and political changes, brands have an important role to play by being clearly defined, which also includes corporate social responsibility initiatives to support customers and the community.
3. How can a leader empower the people they're leading?
Having the human factor at the center, upskilling your employees, putting priorities, HR interactions across recruiting, supporting hybrid work, creating a dashboard to track progress and success
4. Who are some of the coaches or mentors in your life who have had a positive influence on your leadership? Can you please tell a meaningful story about one of them?
It is, above all, a collection of examples and exchanges that give me a vision of actions and behaviour that have a positive impact.
5. Leadership is often more about what you DON'T do. How do you maintain focus in your role?
Creating a simple, purpose-driven employee and customer playbook to keep priorities
6. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Everyone plans differently. How do you plan for the week, month and years ahead in your role?
All plans must be flexible and realistic, because every week and every month brings new developments that must be taken into account to remain competitive
7. What advice would you give to a young leader who is struggling to delegate effectively?
Trust, encourage, and delegate appropriately.
