My name is Victor and I am the owner of Gozram Ventures. After my wide exposure in the insurance broking industry, I decided to float my own company where I can have the freedom to define and execute my dreams of making humanity live their dream lifestyle in Africa.
Gozram is designed to be an intermediary between established businesses who have the interest to spread their tentacles to regions or areas where their services are needed for more profit and awareness purposes.

1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
Getting partners that understand my plans.
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
Creativity and risk taking is the major reason why I keep rising. Creating solutions to common problems is my selling point.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Since I have my visions in my head, I face my day with what my day brings to my face. I only ensure that I am happy doing my job.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Focus and consistency.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Bible. The character of Joseph inspires me a lot because my life story has a lot of similarities.
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
Teamwork and giving everyone the chance to grow.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
Pursuing a $1 Million fire claim to a logical and final conclusion made me believe that I can do everything if I am determined.
