1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

The Covid 19 pandemic was the most difficult time that I had gone through. I also feel that problem solving skills is very important

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Well in 2008 me and a friend decided to start doing our passion as a business . and this is how I came into this. now i run my own company

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

My day starts by replying to all my emails. than i get to talking to staff and clients and than before bed i check my emails again and also delegate work for the next day before i knock off to sleep

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

hahahahahah.... never trust anyone even if it is your family... greed of any kind has no relations

I am not a book person.. believe more on experiences

thru interaction and knowing more about human behavior

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

when me and my team managed to break through a contract that was told that no one can penetrate thru except the existing vendor. that gave us a sense of satisfaction
