1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Making tough calls that disappoint Supporters., Thinking about priorities and timing before acting on pent-up desires, Leading former peers and being less accessible to former reports, Establishing the right pace of change.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I received masters degree and then I applied for job and I was selected. .Then by continuous efforts and dedication towards the company, I got promoted to the rank of a CEO

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I start my day by doing work out. Then I manage my office work and sometimes I arrange an online meeting with my employer. Then I invest my time in freelancing. When I am done with theses tasks, I work to promote my social media pages.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Team management and coordination.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Start with Why. It is an inspirational book that guides us that if we want to inspire others we have to communicate our purpose to others first. It has impacted my leadership skills by inspiring me that the employee considers the CEO as the role model so the CEO should develop good leadership skills.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

By setting an ideal example of leadership as being a CEO and by creating an environment in the enterprise in which all are motivated to respect their leaders

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

In my first project as A CEO, I did partnership with an international company. And I achieved great success in it so it motivated me towards further efforts which played an important role in progress of my company.
