Dr. Monique Rodgers is an International best selling author of the book, Falling in love with Jesus. She is a motivational speaker, intercessor, Prophetess, ordained minister, educator, entrepreneur and woman on the mission for God. She completed my undergraduate at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma being a first-generation college student she didn’t stop there she went on to obtain her Masters of Science degree from Colorado Technical University where she maintained a 3.97 GPA. She loved education so much that she went on to pursue my doctorate degree at Colorado Technical University in Global Leadership. She has traveled to six nations: Africa, Mexico, Peru, Jamaica, Haiti and Thailand. She is currently a writing coach for Beyond The Book Media. She is also an International Distinguished Scholar. She also serves in the executive team for Lady Deliverers Arise. She is also a volunteer for Aniyah’s Space. She is the founder of Repairing the World Through the Word Ministries in Raleigh North Carolina. She has been featured on radio programs such Rashael Speaks. She is the host for The Healing Zone on WATCTOO. She also has a podcast called, The Love Walk. She has a weekly broadcast called the Power Lunch Broadcast on The Glory Network every Friday. She also has a tv program that is aired called, The Miracle Zone on DCBN Broadcasting. She has spoken on tv at God’s Glory Radio TV Show. She started her writing journey when she was seven years old. She wrote books and sold them for a quarter to my friends. She always knew that she was destined to be a scribe and a writer for God’s glory. Her writing has been truly that one that is a gift that comes easier than most to complete. She has self-published 12 books. Her first book was a collection of poems called Poems of Inspiration. My next book was called Hello! My name is Millennial, Following that she wrote, A More Simple Life, A Majestical Land of Twinville, Picking up the Pieces, Falling in Love with Jesus and many more. My newest book called Accelerate will be released in the middle of February. She is also a vegan and I advocate when I can for heath events. She is also a certified life coach, vegan nutrition health coach and a mentor to many. Her passion is for helping the lost, hurt and the broken for Jesus. She studied at the Black Business School online and she is preparing to work on my certification in Business Analytics at Harvard Business School online. She is a survivor and I have overcome abuse, eating disorders, and homelessness.

1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
I have had a hard time scaling my business abc dealing with a lot of people that are jealous.
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I started off as a start up small business and now it’s started to pick up in sales and revenue. I have always been a writer and have loved writing. I have a passion to lead and help other writers to success.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I wake up at 4am to exercise and meditate and then I work hard the rest of the day from 5am to 7pm I usually go to sleep at 10 or 12am because I’m always writing and helping others.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
I learned I have to be my greatest promoter
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
My new book Accelerate and John Maxwell’s books on leadership.
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
I mentor and train them to success
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
