Meditations by Marcus Aurelius
1. Train your perceptions - “You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realise this, and you will find strength.”
2.View Obstacles as Opportunities - “Just as nature takes every obstacle, every impediment, and works around it—turns it to its purposes, incorporates it into itself—so, too, a rational being can turn each setback into raw material and use it to achieve its goal.” 3.Love Your Fate - Amor Fati - “To love only what happens, what was destined. No greater harmony.”
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
When I think about leadership, I think about four core competencies. While leadership competencies will vary depending on the organization, these are generic building blocks leaders should be working with.

As a leader of the organisation you have to show great energy , build & manage great teams and culture.
2. . The other critical meaningful story which comes to my mind is to connect all employees to a mission - The undercurrent of every story you tell as a manager has to be your company’s purpose. “People’s intrinsic motivation comes from feeling that they're doing something important. Their work moves people. It powers a vital part of the company.
