Most challenging is Finance department reorganization and automation to lead corporate growth and diversification

Just accepting challenges and building great teams, motivating and leading

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I get up at 4:00 AM
Start my day by reading for 30 minutes then set a plan for the day before going to office
I spend 2 hours with family
Sleep early (9:00PM)

Have big goals and strong teams to achieve them
Motivate your team and inspire them
Keep communication with them

I set up the organization structure with strategic perspective
Then set up the information system that provide accurate, relevant and timely information to manage the performance

Leading large teams require effective communication with all team members using all means of communication.
