I have been in the hospitality industry for the past 25 years. Extensive luxury hotel pre-opening experience. Very passionate hotelier with lead by example moto, highly organized and motivated leader and a strong believer in teamwork to achieve optimum results.

1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Working with a large diversified team members from different backgrounds and experiences but with one common goal turning moments into memories.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Great records, reputation, trusted and leadership style. I enjoy building the right teams for the right tasks, creating synergy between them, motivating them, macro style management with empowerment, proper guidance and being a great listener to both colleagues, management and clients.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I am an early riser. At 5 am sharp, Planning plays a big role in my life, prioritizing my tasks for the day accordingly to deliver satisfactory results, meaning completion.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Somethings you can control and somethings are out of both control and reach, so focus 100% on what you can control.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

The art of war. Mitigating risks is key in doing business, understanding your enemies is crucial and if else scenarios to anticipate different acceptable outcomes.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

Identify those leaders first, train them well, make sure they have what it takes from synergy, vision, strategy, innovation, communication skills and motivation to drive growth.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

Being different in your approach and thoughts will make all the difference. In every crisis there is an opportunity. Positive attitude is contagious. Sharing successful stories and lessons learned can motivate your colleagues to be prepared for the next challenge.
