3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Hiring character and training skills.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
"The road less traveled" The book provides a solid understanding of the fact that we are responsible in passing the right and proper messages to other humans. It is also required that we are aware of our own self and thus act responsibly out of that knowledge. This is the ultimate personal mission of life and leadership.
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
You built the right culture and the rest takes care of itself
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
The emotions shared out of integrating multiple people to bring a new idea to fruition. That is a great feeling of accomplishment. Of course this scenario took place several times.... but some products feel pretty amazing when completed. Having people sharing stories of how that product positively affected thousands of people around the world is an amazing feeling.
