Handling the many different emotions of staff

Moved from being the Associate Principal of a primary school to principal 2 years later
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Wake up at 5am. Start work at 6:30am. Leave work at 4:30pm. Bed by 9pm

Provide positive feedback before wonderings
