Managing the people and the clients and the business. It’s a trifecta

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I started at an agency and my first boss/mentor has his sights on building his own agency. We had a shared vision, work style and mentality. We became business partners

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Wake up early. Spend time with my daughter. Work. Time for family then end the day with catch up on work

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Reverse mentorship is so critical to staying relevant.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

I enjoy all of Simon Sinek’s books but the Infinite game is the most recent read. What was so critical in the book was how the game of business is ongoing and you play to better yourself, not necessarily “win” and if you try to win you are playing a finite game and eventually will lose.

Starting a non profit for women entrepreneurs and helping fund their star ups journeys
