Currently a holder of two degrees, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, graduated with a GPA of 4.0 from Miller Motte Business College (Wilmington, NC) and a Doctorate Degree in Theology from Universal Life Churches in Sacramento, CA with a GPA of 3.5. Holder of several certifications and licenses with several years of experience in insurance, recruiting, staffing, human resources, the medical field, business and education arenas. A true warrior with many talents and a wealth of knowledge expanding in all faucets of current work/life balance situations. A licensed consultant expert in the insurance, finance and human resources field utilizing all previous work experiences. Dedicated to helping those meet their business, insurance and recruiting needs. Helping clients get work done more efficiently and economically, without compromising quality.

1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

The most challenging as a CEO trying to maintain during such a time as this with Covid and the different regulations that is now our new normal.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I started out small back in 2007. I just wanted to be able to help as many people as possible. I am a giver and love giving back to the community.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I set my day every evening to be able to start first thing in the early morning. I tackle the most pressing item first. It is always good to have an agenda.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

The most significant leadership lesson I have learned is to listen to others on your team.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

It is hard to state one book in particular. I love to read and there have been dozens of books that have impacted my leadership.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

It can be a challenge, but you have to have your sights set on who can help make your industry better. Having the right people in place will help your company grow tremendously.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

The most memorable story I can think of when we helped several companies to reinstate their businesses once their licenses/registration had lapsed. They were very grateful and appreciative. It was over 25 plus companies and they reached out for assistance and we were more than happy to assist and help them get back into good standing.
