1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

To enable the other halves, in the society & the company and their dependents to become the stake holders of their lives, by breaking the barrier and dream big!

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Keep it Steady, accept the lows, accept the flaws, keep your own head high, especially in difficult times, most importantly be thankful to Almighty, and compassionate to the have not (s)! Remain Dependable!

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Get up at 5:00, 5:30 - 6:00 yoga/exercise, 6:00 to 7:00 - recap of what is planned for the day & give final/finishing touches to them.
7:00 to 8:00 - family time in joining them for their day ahead.
8:00 - Breakfast, 8:30 - off to work.
13:00 to 14:00 - light lunch - power nap.
17:00 - Back to home.
18:00 to 19:00 - play time with children & wife (preferably outdoors).
19:30 to 20:30 - recap of days events & plan for next day.
20:30 - family dinner.
21:30 - time with wife.
22:00 - Bed time

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Basics & fundamental Principles of life do not change! Be Human & Humane! Help others whenever possible, it comes back in its own & different ways!!

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Wings of Fire, an Autobiography of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam!
Give your junior employees the opportunity to fly. If they fail, cover for them.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

Delegate & allow the mistakes and inaccuracies, to happen!
It is more important to walk together than walk fast & alone! Do not work in Zero error Syndrome!

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

Life & Situations in any Enterprise or Organization, are akin to Mahabharata & Ramayana!
