Back in 2016, I started my own company named Cipta Nata Jagaddhita, LLC, at it's 1st year it only focuses on doing logistic & delivery business by partnering with Indonesia's largest logistic company which is JNE.
After years of growth the company has now expanded into doing business in multiple sectors including automotive (Inspect Auto), party planner (Milieu), lifestyle (Men's Supply), culinary (KedaiGue), etc.
I have dedicated myself to always be on the lookout for new business ideas & opportunities to learn & expand both my experience and my knowledge so it will be beneficial for my company along with its workers and also the Indonesian people, the Indonesian economy and hopefully one day my company will play a role in making history in the world economy

1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
Managing human resources & looking for new business opportunities in this digital world is the two hardest challenges that i have faced as CEO of Cipta Nata Jagaddhita
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I started this company from the ground up with myself at the helm backed by the investor which also become the company's commisioner, then when the company become a limited company i was appointed as CEO by the board of the commisioner
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I wake up early every morning then I have my breakfast, then before going to the office I finished all the work that can be done at home so that I am fully prepared for work task when I arrived at the office later on. After My work in the office is done then I headed back home to review all the new information that I've gathered throughout the day and also prepare myself for any work that's needed to get done for tomorrow
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Be good no matter what, a light no matter how small will always shine even in the darkest room
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. That book tells me that if you want to get anything, you have to give first
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
By spending time with employees outside office hours, therefore management from different level can bond with one another without any power distance
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
Back in 2018 we face a business crisis, sales are dropping and so is revenue, number of resignation, etc. At first this seems like the end of it but in time I realized that in troubled times my motivation to find a way out drives me to work hard in finding the solution to the company's problem, and so I did. This makes me realize that sometimes life is like bungee jumping, you have to fall hard first before reaching for the sky
