1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Nothing particular. Just keep on learning everyday.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Wanted to share the idea that education is finding what is shining in each one of us, find it, nature it and make it bloom is the purpose of education.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Get up, take a dog for a walk, eat breakfast, work, come home, cook dinner, take a dog for a walk, go to bed

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Everyone has their own right.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Nothing particular.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

Just learning everyday.
