I worked hard, build trust, hired smart people and created a learning community

Items I must focus are scheduled for am- have a great assistant with project management expertise to support me and my schedule

To build trust within your team

Emotional Intelligence
I practice it daily despite having high expectations from my team they know I still deeply care for them- it has resulted a highly motivated and productive team

Hire smart and hire leaders with unique strengths, diverse and visionary to complement other team members

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

I decided to transition and 80% of my team transitioned when I left. Some still work with me and some I still mentor
