1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Retaining executives personally trained by me in the specialties of management and administration of a global non profit org while keeping it expanding on all continents.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I founded the organization and built it from an idea into a globally funded organization.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I have no schedule. Every day brings new data and new challenges. I don't do meetings or phone calls. Just emails, messages and voicemails.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

If you don't keep learning you will just keep burning and spinning your wheels.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

An Introduction to Infinitology: A Study of the Infinite written by me originally as G! You'd have to be a buddha pest like me to fully comprehend the zen of infinitology.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

Training! Teaching! Training! Teaching! Training some more! Teaching every minute. Then training some more! Keeping the engines on the right rails.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

When you tell people to save their pennies for 50 years and finally one day everyone wakes up and says oh, there's a penny shortage I wonder why, then you will know - we did it for the good of all concerned!
