Starting the Company is a one man road and effort.
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I had this vision of a Media Central, where we can offer all kind of marketing solutions so I quit my current job and decided to follow that vision
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Starting early at 7 am and preparing breakfast for the family, for me it is important to be part of the family's daily routine. By 9 am I start my working day, have lunch with clients and when possible with Family and finally go back home after work to spend some time with family before going to bed, trying to get 8 hours of sleep. Two days a week I go swimming for an hour in the morning.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
You can't be right all the time, the support from the team is always relevant to set the course in the right direction.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
The Bible, there's someone higher than you to lead and learn, to encourage you to always do what's right. You cannot base it all on your own judgment.
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
By winning the trust of everyone, be an example instead of a dictator.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
The satisfaction of a work well done, from presenting to a new client until the result of the campaign, nothing better than a satisfied customer, that's the point when we become partners.
