1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
Most important part of any Enterprise is a skilled workforce which is more uncommon in the African region.
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I started my career as an IT Instructor, later I moved to Administration and Management. I possess National and International experience specially in the African Continent and worked in Nigeria, Ghana, Mali, Rwanda and Libya as well. I established an IT Training business unit from scratch in these countries. In 2018 I switched to iGaming Industry as MD/CEO and now continuing in the same industry.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Mostly i used a digital task manager and also i have an effective HRM application where i can assign the task and monitor. We do two strategic meetings in a month and a weekly review meeting where we evaluate day to day progress of business.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Learning is a continuous process. Continuous business review and analysis is most important for the business leader.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
I learned from experience a subjective study of management. Technology is my key strength.
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
With sharing knowledge and experience below the line human resources.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
Being innovative and analytical, It helped me a lot to understand any business. Data is too important and how to interpret this data into business strategies and planning is too important for a leader.
