Prayer
6. What's most important as a leader in the education sector for developing a culture of wellbeing in your staff and students?
Not focusing on your circumstances, but understanding where true joy and peace come from.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader in the education sector so far?
Mini years ago I had an altercation with a student. I treated him in a way I shouldn’t have, and later that year he passed in an accident. It taught me that I must remember why I am truly here. Look at the larger scope and remember what really matters. Touching a child forever, and helping him/her to love learning. We only stop when we die. Either the hard way or the easy!
