I am a the Senior pastor of Praying Hands Ministry and the proud owner of Dee Jones Inc. Consultant and trainer for staffing and recruitment needs, developing sales strategy, negotiating terms and conditions of financial contracts and reports. Discussing and updating daily, weekly, monthly corporate spreadsheets, training new staff members, recruiters and sales representatives on the sales floor. Evaluating branch and client contracts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Dr. Alan Holden is a graduate of Furman University, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Luther Rice Seminary. He grew up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
He served churches in NY, KY, SC, GA, and FL for 35 years.
He currently lives in Central Florida.

I'm the Lead Pastor of a mission-focused church in northern Virginia dedicated to reaching people who are far from God with the life changing message of Jesus. I'm the founder and Executive Coach at Catalytic Leadership, LLC, where as a certified John Maxwell Team member, I speak, coach, and train individuals and teams on leadership, navigating organizational change, teamwork, communication, and organizational health. I'm also the author of the book Lead.: Leadership Lessons from the (Not So) Minor Prophets (Eriall Press, 2014). I've been married for nearly 23 years to my wife Charlotte, and we have two fantastic daughters, Erin and Allison.

I am first and foremost a child of God and look to always glorify Him in everything I do. Of course I rarely get that right, which only shows me more of my need for Jesus as the cross gets bigger for me, each day. I am married to my beautiful bride, Joelle, and have a loving daughter Peyton & a wonderful son Matthew.
I want to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me (Acts 20:24) while loving others because He first loved us (1 John 4:19).

With 20 years of ministry experience, pastor Griffith is a teaching pastor on the executive team at Journey Church in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He oversees the adult ministry in this multisite, multigenerational and multiethnic church of 3000. Pastor Griffith is also the CEO of www.1Hope.community, a local non-profit that supports foster care and organizes community transformation. He has been married for 21 years and has six children. Four of his children were adopted from foster care. He is a college professor and advocates for extreme poverty relief around the world.

Kim Hammond been married to Maria for 25 years and has three boys (16, 18 and 20) He is the lead pastor at CityLife Church Casey (Melbourne) and the Multisite and Church planting Champion, He is the President of the Global Board for The Forge Mission Training Network and the New Thing Catalyst (Australia) Kim was a church planter in his 20s and spent 5 years at Dave Fergusons church, Community, in Chicago as the Director of Missional Imagination. He founded Forge America and continues to train and equip church planters and missionaries around the globe. He has worked for Forge for 18 years in Australia, America and Scotland. He co-authored the book Sentness. The Six postures of a missional Christian, (IVP 2014)

I trained as a medical doctor in the UK and worked in various hospitals in the Greater Manchester region. I came out to South Africa to intern at GodFirst Church 12 years ago. During that time I met my wife Michelle and we got married and had two children: Josiah James (8) and Pippa Kate (6). GodFirst grew to 2500 people and then multiplied into seven churches. I lead the one on the east side of Johannesburg.
