1. What have you found most challenging as a church leader?

People. People are the blessing and the challenge.

2. How did you become a church leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I was leading in the church, but in the business world. After the sale of a business and struggle to find work, God made it clear He was closing the door to vocational employment - so I could work for Him.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I try to schedule the main things I have to get accomplished and leave the rest of the time for relationship-building with our team.

4. What's one book apart from the Bible that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Extreme Ownership - just because it's one that I most recently read. I learn a little something from all kinds of books.

5. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

I only know what I know. And so do others.

Cast vision for it

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a church leader so far?

So many stories of people far from God who come to our church, feel loved, learn, and grow to love God as He already loves them.
