Groom the second line regularly by training with required inputs.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a church leader so far?

Was thrown out of a choir due to politics, when I had nothing to do my wife got a few kids together and we taught them songs. Over time this small choir grew and is now the primary choir of the church. God has a plan for us.
