My name is Akinola Oladipupo,a Nigerian from Yoruba extract. I love reading,writing, footballing, travelling and leadership training. I'm married with two brilliant teenagers.

1. What have you found most challenging as a Christian school leader?
Materials to educate folks concerned and lack of reliable leaders.
2. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I wake up early by 4am everyday. Morning devotion followed. From there to Church before heading to school. From school or seminar to my library or evening services. I'm an early sleeper. I go to bed by 9pm
3. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Not all leaders are real leaders. Majority are only in the front doing nothing.
4. What's one book apart from the Bible that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Becoming a Leader by Late Myles Munroe. It may not be the best book on leadership, but it came handy when I wanted to know genuine leaders apart from those who just occupied front positions.
5. How do you find and keep great Christian teachers?
They are scarce but when they appear the spirits ignite themselves.
6. What's most important as a Christian school leader for developing a culture of wellbeing in your staff and students?
Leading by example. This can make them die for you.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a Christian school leader so far?
When a wicked fellow asked me how many times do Christians fast in a year. I told him my own practice. He said no wonder you guys are powerful ( talking about demonstration of power of God.
