7 Questions with Teo Zanella
Name: Teo Zanella

Teo is a no-nonsense, Italian born, San Francisco based father of 1. He spent 20+ years in digital product leadership, strategy, and cross-cultural facilitation across early stage, Fortune 50 companies, and international non-profits, as well as coaching and advising.
He spends most of his days as Director of Product for Virtual Care solutions at Rally Health thinking how to make healthcare more accessible leveraging the power of technologies. Between 2014 and 2020 Teo led the development of Collective Health's health benefit offering for US employees, from their customer centric member experience to their scalable technology platform. Prior to that, he was a CXO advisor at the Boston Consulting Group in New York, a Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard and worked in Product Operations at Facebook. He also holds a BS and MS in Computer Engineering as well as an MBA from NYU School of Business.
Teo tries to stay sane by cooking, hosting friends, playing volleyball on the beach, and practicing mindfulness.

Burgess Harrison., MBA Burgess brings a wide breadth of expertise to the National Minority Health Association. He comes with more than 25 years of home health, homecare, electronic visit verification, and telehealth technology experience. He is a pioneer in electronic visit verification and possesses a unique understanding of the market and issues patients and providers face. Burgess is an educator, former adjunct professor, marketing executive, and software business founder who happens to be a unique perspective to minority health. As an Albino with low vision from two black parents, Burgess leads the association with a unique personal healthcare journey and understands the impact of the lack of access as a child, as well as being an experiment or “lab project” for healthcare professionals.
He is the co-founder of Statchek, Inc.a pioneer in electronic visit verification in-home care (acquired by Wipro NYSE: WIT) and Ankota LLC, a SaaS home care technology company.
Having a family that has received home care and assisted living as well as elderly relatives afflicted with PICKs and dementia, Burgess is acutely aware of the issues that face minority and disadvantaged Americans when they need simple and complex medical services.
Burgess has developed innovative and forward-thinking programs to non-profits as he served on the boards of the American Red Cross of South Central Connecticut and Shoreline Foundation (S.A.R.A.H.). This is Burgess’s passion. He developed the concept for Operation Healthy You and after a year of development, Dr. Dalton saw the potential and joined forces to bring it to life in the NMHA. 7 Questions with Dr Eric Lilford
Name: Dr Eric Lilford

After years in mining production, Eric entered broking as a mining investment research analyst on the JSE Securities Exchange, focused on evaluations, valuations and buy-side, sell-side transactions. He developed strong capabilities in mineral economics, while simultaneously building technical and economic expertise in the energy sector. This cumulative background supported his recent appointment to Associate Professor within the Minerals and Energy Economics Discipline at a prestigious Australian university. In addition, Eric also holds significant knowledge and experience in nuclear energy (technical and economic, including isotope separation), and thermal energy (coal, gas, solar (thermal and photovoltaic) and geothermal). On energy storage, he was the managing director (MD) of a lithium exploration company developing a lithium mica deposit in Spain for delivery of LiOH into the European markets.
He is a co-founder and director of a 2021-registered clean energy minerals company.

Jack Bryce has over 25 years experience in planning and design for corporate, property, sports, tourism, government, land management, entertainment and transport clients. Jack has qualifications in planning and urban design and has worked with design consultants, government, architects and property developers in Australia and overseas. He is Australian Chapter Co-Chair of international design education foundation SEGD. We was previously a board member and President of disability not-for-profit group Montrose Therapy and Respite Services and is a member of the Brisbane City Council Inclusive Brisbane Professional Advice Alliance.

Jillian (Jill) Cable FAIM, GAICD, DESS (Fr), GDipBIA, DipPM & OHS, has extensive management experience in global corporations, SMEs and For Purpose organisations, within Australia and internationally. She was the 2014 NT Telstra Businesswoman in both the Innovation and Community and Government categories. Currently the principal of J. Cable Consulting, she was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Venture Housing Company Ltd in the Northern Territory and previously held the role of Executive Director (MD) of the YWCA of Darwin, both For Purpose organisations. Her career spans being an Executive HR and WHS Manager with Air France KLM; the General Manager and Company Secretary of a boutique financial services group in Sydney; owning a motel in the Kimberley and bringing a struggling Aboriginal organisation back into profitability and ten years working on large infrastructure projects in emerging nations with Siemens AG. Jill studied and commenced her career in France and speaks French and German. She has held board positions in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.
