I have been a faculty with Institute of Directors which gave me the opportunity to interact with Board

I plan only 4 activities . Rest I leave them to dynamics

By being true to heart rather than being only a compliance follower

Board members are thinkers and CEO would be a doer

We used to believe Independent Directors are responsible for profits but later we realised if a company makes more profits Independent Directors question how ?
