Dr. Arc Raphael Eluemuno Ajalie is an international businessman and humanitarian who is committed to impacting the world by empowering women to lead, live independently, and be free from Gender-Based Violence.
He is also the Chairman and Founder of Reocomm Foundation which empowers women in Africa in the areas of Health, Education, and Technology. Reocomm Foundation believes that the most significant way to attain the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals is to empower women. Reocomm has worked with the United Nations and sponsoredafterschool programs for youth and job training programs for women in five African nations.
In February of 2020, Dr. Raphael expanded Reocomm Foundation to America to make a sustainable impact on the lives of women and children in New York City by establishing youth entrepreneur mentorship programs, volunteering for COVID Relief events in Brooklyn and the Bronx, sponsoring youth media leadership training programs, and advocating for civic engagement in the 42nd district in Brooklyn.
Over the years, Dr. Raphael has earned several degrees and certifications including a Bachelor of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Telecommunication, and an Executive Master’s in Project Management. In 2020, Dr. Raphael was honored with an Honorary Degree in Advocacy for his outstanding efforts to empower women and youth around the world.
Ambitious and results-driven, Dr. Raphael’s list of achievements includes, but not limited to;

1. What have you found most challenging as a board member?
The ability to solve issues in the fastest possible time. As they say, time is money and Clients trust you based on how you deliver.
2. How did you become a board member? Can you please briefly tell the story?
My story began when i decided to start a company after leadership roles with my Mentor Engr Bayo in Lagos. He was a huge inspiration to me in the ICT Industry.
I later was exposed into the business world by my God Father Alhaji Abdulahi Abubakar, who taught me the secret of Business, which is diversity in Multiple Strings of Income.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Real Business Men work more and sleep less, its a norm that has existed from day one.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Never Give Up in your Dreams and keep Aiming Higher as the Sky is Not the Limit.
5. What are some of the keys to doing governance well in a organisation?
Humility, Modesty, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit.
6. How do you differentiate between the role of board member and the roles of CEO or executive team member of a organisation?
A board Member is seen as an Icon, his ways of thinking should be a Seed Planted /Role Model and not just a Worker.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a board member so far?
My risk taking level is always my strength as i never seen any task as too great, i always believe all is possible no matter what.
