Early stage of career as a technical Consultant traveling to International Clites sites to fix issues and Developed Business solutions to take of Business Automation POC ( Proof Of Concept ). This POC awarded 10 Developers work order ....this turned into Big team size ...my journey moved from Consultant to Module Lead ...to TechLead ...Project Manager ...Sr.PM / GM /AVP/ CTO/COO/CEO/NED ....after this thought of Connect with Young Entrepreneurs to motivate to drive startups....Become Mentor. In Nut shell , one should take up Responsibility...Leads as a Leader.

As a Leader one should Early to work space before team arrive ...Attend High | Low | Medium Priority issue need to be address to take Business flow meet clients service . Day begins at 4:00am ....day ends at 10:00Pm As a leader should available 24/7 to Business , team ,steak holders, clients among all For leader family is "First Client"
