1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Main challenge as a leader is to lead people who don't understand your vision or you are going. Because such people usually fights you as a leader.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I was born as a leader because I used to influence other children when we little kids. I loved debate aspecially about politics and i an avid reader of history books.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I start every day with a prayer and reading of the Bible. Then, watch news on television while sipping a steaming cup of coffee. Read books on public transport. In evening i spend time with my family before retiring to bed.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
There's no self made leader under the sun. As a leader you need the right people to drive you vision and mentor to guide you as you navigate through the matrix of life. Meaning humility is the master key to effective leadership.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Long Walk to freedom by Nelson Mandela. It has taught be that no matter what life throws at you if God is on your side you are going to fulfill your dreams on earth.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Leadership is difficult but it because easy when God has given you the grace to do it.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
Some time last someone gave some ideas but I rejected them. Only to realize that I need the most now. So as a leader you must be open minded.
