Building employeees,due to company management problem.

By leading employees,driving machineries my self,check machineries,guiding employees before start job.

Giving trust on employees and their superiors

If the loading place is not good for loading & they afraid,I show them by driving the machineries to continue work by motivation

Unity is strength.even if sunday is rest I'm coming to work sunday morning & give them morality.

Leading peoples is the most important and usefull thing to reach special target & for the sustainable development of the company.
